Rumbaugh
The
golf shot for the "qualifying round"
will be 81 yards long, to a green that will
only hold the ball if hit in a small area
within five feet of the pin. Any other
shot will most likely roll off the front of
the green.
Each
golfer will hit two rounds of four shots each.
Any ball on the green is one point, any ball
landing in one of two sand traps is a negative
one point. The two highest point totals,
including ties, will move on to the
"championship round".
After
a hat draw, the survivors will each have five
shots, firing at a pin 140 yards away,
significantly uphill. The closest shot
to the flag is the winner.
Spouses
welcomed to compete.
Spectators
welcomed, but no laughing at the participants.
Golf
equipment (to be determined) awarded to the
winner, along with bragging rights for five
years!!!!
Hot
Dogs/hamburgers cooked over apple-hickory
wood, along with beverages and ice-cold
watermelon furnished.
